SHIPPING POLICY - All Shipping is via the United States Postal Service. 

We will provide a shipment confirmation e-mail once your package has shipped.

Customers should include their name, address, phone number/fax number, let us know if the address is a residence or business address, and e-mail address when placing there orders to ensure packages effectively reach there final destination on time. Failure to provide us with your phone number may cause delays with your shipment if the carrier is unable to reach you by phone.

PROCESSING - Our normal processing time for all orders is 2 to 3 days(except for special order items). While we try to process all orders as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee that your package will ship the same day. We hope that you understand this and if you do have an emergency, please call us to ensure we can process your order in the time frame required. We reserve the right to change the method of shipping to complete all transactions as smoothly as possible.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - Yes, we do ship internationally. If shipping costs do not show up when checking out via our web-site, we either do not ship to that country or do not have shipping configured. 

RETURN POLICY - We will gladly accept returns if you are not happy. However, there is a 15% restocking fee that will be assessed. All returns must be received within 15 days from the date the customer received their shipment. We do not refund shipping costs.

The merchandise must be in the same new condition as when it was shipped. If not in the same condition as when purchased, we will not accept the order and will contact the customer to determine disposition of merchandise. Shipping costs are the full responsibility of the purchaser.

ALTERATIONS - Alterations, hemmed trousers, stained, torn, or damaged items will not be returnable. If the item is defective we will at our discretion either repair or replace the item and return to you free via shipping means selected by uniforms-4you.com.

Example: If you purchase a Navy Choker Jacket and decide that you would like to have loops installed on the shoulders, the jacket has been altered and is no longer returnable.  It is best to contact us and request a measurement form to determine the proper size uniform you require if you are not 100% sure.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS - All credit cards payments are charged in United States Dollars. Currently we are only accepting payment via our site shopping cart and paypal. We accept Visa, Discover, and Mastercard via the web site checkout. You have the option of American express or bank transfer via paypal. We can not be held responsible for any extra charge your credit card company may have billed you because of making a payment in US Dollars. You credit card number will be encrypted and stored as well as the transaction and payment authorization codes in order to justify all payments we have charged.

SHIPPING OPTIONS:

1. Domestic - All Domestic shipments are shipped via the United States Postal Service.

2. International - AVAILABLE TO CERTAIN COUNTRIES.
