SHIPPING POLICY - We offer several different options for shipping your purchase. We want to make your shopping experience as convenient and rewarding as possible. Shipping via the United States Postal Service or DHL within the United States is the most cost effective way to ship and delivery confirmation is automatically included. 

DHL is also an option we use for shipping within the United States and they have proven to be very reliable, tracking is available from point of origin to your destination (we are not responsible for any issues DHL may have with their tracking software). We will provide a shipment confirmation e-mail once your package has shipped.

Customers should include their name, address, phone number/fax number, let us know if the address is a residence or business address, and e-mail address when placing there orders to ensure packages effectively reach there final destination on time. Failure to provide us with your phone number may cause delays with your shipment if the carrier is unable to reach you by phone.

For international orders, our only means currently for shipping is DHL. 

PROCESSING - Our normal processing time for all orders is 2 to 3 days(except for special order items). While we try to process all orders as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee that your package will ship the same day. We hope that you understand this and if you do have an emergency, please call us to ensure we can process your order in the time frame required. We reserve the right to change the method of shipping to complete all transactions as smoothly as possible.

CUSTOMS CHARGES AND FEES - Customs charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer. All of our items are shipped from the United States of America. Customs fees are not figured into your shipping costs. International customers will be responsible for paying any and all fees due to their customs. We are unable to determine customs fees. If you have a question about customs fees, please contact your countries customs department prior to purchasing from us. In regards to international shipping, we do not offer parcel post or surface deliveries anymore due to the high number of questions about packages. There is no way to track parcel post or surface shipments.

RETURN POLICY - We offer a 100% guarantee that our items are authentic. We will gladly accept returns if you are not happy. However, there is a 15% restocking fee that will be assessed. All returns must be received within 15 days from the date the customer received their shipment. We do not refund shipping costs. The merchandise must be in the same new condition as when it was shipped. If not in the same condition as when purchased, we will not accept the order and will contact the customer to determine disposition of merchandise. Shipping costs are the full responsibility of the purchaser. Alterations, hemmed trousers, stained, torn, or damaged items will not be returnable. If the item is defective we will at our discretion either repair or replace the item and return to you free via shipping means selected by uniforms-4you.com.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS - All credit cards payments are charged in United States Dollars. Currently we are only accepting payment via our site shopping cart and paypal. We accept Visa and Mastercard only via the web site checkout. You have the option of American express or bank transfer via paypal. We can not be held responsible for any extra charge your credit card company may have billed you because of making a payment in US Dollars. You credit card number will be encrypted and stored as well as the transaction and payment authorization codes in order to be able to justify all payments we have charged.

SHIPPING OPTIONS:

1. Domestic - All Domestic shipments are shipped via the United States Postal Service or DHL.

2. International - All International shipments are shipped via DHL unless other arrangements have been made. We highly recommend DHL for all International Shipments.
