1st Class Petty Officer (E-6) Rating on Dress Blue Serge with Gold Chevrons. Silver synthetic eagle with gold lace chevrons. Worn on the Dress Uniform or as some call them "Cracker Jacks" uniform. Signifies 12 years of faithful good conduct. Only available in male. Chevrons that are not needed can be cut off.
